“When we report to the flight director, we are the experts in our system,”
she explains.
“But we have to be clear and concise. You don’t get much time on the flight loop to explain.”
Her collaborative spirit extends beyond workspace dynamics; she acknowledges every individual within NASA—be it engineers or cafeteria staff—as integral cogs propelling them towards their lunar aspirations.
We don’t do it by ourselves,”
Ali emphasizes passionately.
“Everyone plays a role—from engineers to custodial staff—NASA is for everyone.”
