Robert Ben Garant and Cathy Shim, known for their work on Reno 911!, are teaming up once again for a new comedy pilot titled “Movers
” on FX. This Disney-owned network has greenlit the project, which will explore the chaotic and interdependent lives of a group of movers through improvisation.
Described as an “
improvised show about the erratic and codependent lives of a crew of movers,” Movers will star Robert Ben Garant and Cathy Shim themselves, bringing their comedic talents to the forefront. Joining them in this ensemble cast are familiar faces including Rebecca Quin, better known as WWE superstar Becky Lynch, Maz Jobrani from Superior Donuts, Darius Homayoun from Tehran, Tanael Joachim, and Manny Montana from Ironheart and Good Girls.
