Strickland Metals’ Exciting Gold Discoveries in Serbia

Strickland Metals is making waves in the mining industry with its impressive gold discoveries at the Rogozna project in Serbia. The company’s Gradina prospect has been a hotspot for gold hits, showcasing consistent and promising results that have experts buzzing.

The latest diamond drill results from the Gradina prospect have revealed some remarkable finds. One notable discovery includes a significant 34.4 meters at 2.6 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold from a depth of 329.5 meters. This standout result featured a rich vein of 14.5 meters at 4.4g/t starting from 332.1 meters deep and another valuable section of 4 meters at 4g/t beginning at 359.9 meters below the surface.

According to experts, these findings are not just about quantity but also quality, as highlighted by one expert who said,

“This latest batch of results from Gradina continues to demonstrate the continuity of the gold-dominant system towards the northern end of the deposit.”

Delving deeper into the exploration efforts, additional holes drilled further unearthed more promising outcomes. In one instance, a hole produced 13.1 meters assaying 1.7g/t gold from depth of 462.6m, with an exciting sub-section revealing 7.4 meters running at an impressive rate of 2.5g/t gold starting from a depth of 466m.

An analysis conducted on diamond core samples extracted from depths within Strickland Metals’ drilling activities exhibited strong pyrrhotite alteration and yielded an assay showing a substantial concentration of gold at approximately 7/7 g/t.

Furthermore, another borehole disclosed fascinating details with a stretch measuring over twenty-three meters yielding traces of gold valued at around .8 g/t starting from depth level of two hundred eighty-six meters down into earth’s crust that included pockets with significantly higher concentrations such as three point two g/t across two continuous meter-long sections commencing from two hundred eighty-eight-meter mark and an additional nearly three-meter segment carrying value up to two point nine g/t originating around three sixty-one point eight meter deep underground.

Despite some variations in thickness observed in certain intercepts—a common occurrence within richer ore zones—the overall pattern suggests consistency in the mineralized zone’s structure according to geological assessments made by industry professionals.

One prominent aspect worth noting is that this lucrative find is not happening in isolation but rather complements other successful ventures by Strickland Metals like their flagship Shanac deposit boasting over five million ounces equivalent to gold along with multiple skarn-hosted mineralizations recorded there as well.

Looking ahead, Strickland’s strategic approach involves maintaining an extensive fifty-thousand-meter diamond drilling initiative this year solely dedicated to further exploring and expanding their already sizable seven-point-four-million-ounce equivalent Rogozna project situated in southern Serbia—an endeavor supported by sizeable financial backing totaling thirty-four point eight million dollars alongside liquid assets available during March quarter followed by an extra infusion amounting five million dollars courtesy Zijin Mining post that period ensuring smooth operations for forthcoming projects including ongoing explorations and future resource estimations set for release shortly indicating potential positive developments awaiting investors’ keen eye for burgeoning opportunities within mining realm.
